Let me say thanks to everyone who sent birthday wishes via my Facebook page, telephone and in person. Thanks you guys! The day was quite enjoyable but tiring.

The day started out with me doing the “Fitness Test” of the Shawn T Insanity workout. I decided its time to lose the stomach. Lord have mercy, its called Insanity for a reason. With about 13 minutes left on the Fitness Test, I could go no further. I was blacking out, my back hurt and my legs couldn’t do more of those power jumps. Seriously!! I’ll do the remaining 13 minutes tomorrow.

I then went to town to buy some stuff, went to visit my darling Kendra and I ran into some friends. You know, the usual. But it was hot so I didn’t spend much time in town. Came home and then, as luck would have it, went back to town to check on a bed. Upon returning home, I was pleasantly surprised: birthday cake and decorations!

My brother put some trick candles on my cake and I couldn’t blow them out no matter how hard I tried. But, as you can see in the pictures below, it back fired and the candles melted all over the cake. Disaster! But we managed to get the blaze under control and proceeded to having a great night. Overall, it was a great day. Although I didn’t get to see everyone that I wanted to see but I guess that’s life.
